Creamsicle Grape is a legacy Artisan Seeds variety, developed by our master breeder Fred Hempel. It is a small, light orange grape tomato with a pleasant sweet flavor raw, and is excellent as a dried or oven roasted tomato. Fruits are plentiful on vigorous indeterminate vines. This is a true-breeding variety that was trialled and selected at multiple farm sites. It is one of our favorite grape tomatoes and pairs very well with pastas when either dried or roasted. Young fruits have green stripes that fade with maturation. We think of these tomatoes as mini-paste tomatoes.
